Refund and Returns Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy.
- You have 14 days to return any purchase.
- Garments must be unworn, free of any dirt and unwashed.
- All return labels are $5 unless choosing Store Credit
- We will review your return claim and will email a return label to you that you can use to drop off the garments at any Post office.

Chargeback / Refunds:
No claim for a refund, return or exchange will be considered for custom embroidered items.
Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier:
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with an invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge a proper complaint to the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
Customer need to first contact us through “Request for Return” page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges.
